The Prep:

Your initial session will begin with an intake process that takes approximately 30 minutes, where we’ll have a discussion about the issue that you’d like to have worked on. We’ll also discuss such things as symptoms, habits, triggers and hardships it causes in your life. From there, we’ll turn our focus to the outcome (which is where we really want to put our energy, right?!), and you’ll tell me EXACTLY what you hope to achieve with the session(s), and what you envision your life to be without the issue/problem.

This is a very important step in the effectiveness of the session, as I use YOUR words in hypnosis to install and reinforce new beliefs and desires, and these are the very words that I will use in your personalized transformational recording, as well. That’s the beauty of RTT, as you decide where the session goes, and I have the honor of guiding you there.


The Induction:

After intake, we begin the session itself with an induction process where you enter hypnosis. This is done by focusing on eye positioning, deep breathing, and visualization using verbal cues and repetition. It is a natural, comfortable and relaxing process. Some say it feels almost like day-dreaming, while others describe it as a feeling of heightened awareness, with greater connections to your emotions, almost like guided meditation. You remain fully aware of yourself and your surroundings during this entire process.


The Scenes:

The subconscious mind is surprisingly accessible, and during the session a variety of verbal tools will be used to help you uncover and make sense of how, when, and why specific limiting or unhelpful beliefs were formed. RTT uses regression as a tool to access valuable information and emotions, connected to specific scenes that your mind chooses to highlight during the session as relevant and vital to the root cause your issue/problem.


The Reframe:

Once identified, those beliefs will be redefined and reframed to benefit the upgraded life you desire. During this redefining process, you will gain greater clarity around the irrelevance of your old, unhelpful beliefs and develop a greater appreciation of how letting go of them, once and for all, is actually achievable.


The Transformation:

Lastly, while still in hypnosis, we’ll reinforce those updated beliefs and use your own words and language to transform your thought patterns and open up a whole new world of possibilities for you. This last part of the session will be recorded (audio only) and it is this recording that you will listen to for at least 21 days to help ensure the most effective, rapid transformation. Our mind learns by repetition, and you will find this recording to be an invaluable tool in your transformation journey.

After you have been gently counted back out of the deep, relaxed hypnotic state, we will briefly discuss the findings of the session, what breakthroughs you may have had, and what next steps may look like.


The Follow-Up:

During the following 90 days post session, we will schedule your 2nd & 3rd hypnotherapy sessions, and a zoom check in coaching calls. You will also receive weekly email touch points from me, with practical coaching tools for your specific issue/problem, encouragement, and additional guidance, and I get to be your biggest cheerleader! I’ll also be checking in to ensure you are using the transformational recording for your benefit. Additionally, during the 90 days after a session, you may always email me any questions, concerns, or feedback about the process at any point.
